Preserved Classic Spiral Topiary 50 inch in Juniper Foliage

Preserved Classic Spiral Topiary 50 inch in Juniper Foliage

According to an online definition topiary is the art or practice of clipping shrubs or trees into ornamental shapes. Although there are different types of topiary its purpose remains the same - to add a speck (or splash of decorative design.

Additionally, each specific type of topiary including the spiral has a particular decor style that is either traditional, classical, or modern; all that can be easily incorporated nicely thus complementing other decor pieces rather used from the same style or not. While these plants are not considered to be artificial they are preserved with a glycerin solution that has been applied in a hot and low humid environment causing the plant to become dehydrated so that the plant can soak up the glycerin solution to re-hydrate itself.

Our preserved spiral topiaries are treated with an FDA-approved food dye to specify and/or further enhance the color of a given plant. That said, when it comes to the maintaining of these plants there is really none to speak of save for the occasional dusting with a feather duster or a can of air (sprayed 2 inches away from the plant). It is highly recommended not to place plants outdoors, in direct sunshine, nor give them any water. This article will give a few decorating tips, in a list of many, in terms of the many ways in which decorating can be done with the use of topiary. These tips lend themselves to how topiary can be used when decorating as well as the benefits often found in these particular greenery decorating pieces.
