Preserved use in a glycerin process that keeps the plant fresh and alive this boxwood hedge measures 14" Length  x 5" Wide  x 9" Height and has a lifespan of 7 years or more. While the glycerin process is used to rehydrate the plant during the initial preservation process once it has been placed in heated and low humidity conditions maintaining the plant requires no sunlight, no outdoor storage, and no water. That said, a couple simple tasks that can be done when upkeep is needed is to lightly dust the plant using of feather duster or a can of air being sure to spray 2 inches away from the plant.

Additionally, after the glycerin solution has been used during the preservation of the plant of food dye that has been FDA approved is used from time to time to enhance or maintain a specific color for the plant in an effort to make it look more natural. In terms of placing this plant in a particular type of setting this particular style of plant goes best with the traditional decor and, although it can easily be mixed with other pieces (as well as other topiaries) the overall look is one of sophistication. Just a few placement ideas that this plant can be used when decorating includes placing the plant along the wall on either side of the doorway, underneath the table, or customizing it for specific use. Additionally, this plant can also be placed in an easily viewable location where passerby's can see its elegance and beauty every time they walk by.
