Unlike artificial moss balls, ourpreserved moss ball topiaries gracefully ascend from the preserved moss balls covering the top of the urn planter. Faux moss balls and artificial moss just can not compare to the soft textures of real preserved mood moss.

Measured at 30" tall by 16" diameter this single Moss ball bonsai has been put through the preservation process (like all other plants discussed in this article), a process in which a glycerin solution has been applied to the plant once it has been placed in a low humid and hot environment. This specific type of environment causes the plant to dehydrate, and once it has, the plant then soaks up the applied glycerin solution and re-hydrates. Additionally, on occasion and FDA approved food dye will be used in an effort to give the plant a specified or further enhanced color to make it look more natural. In terms of maintaining the upkeep of this plant is highly recommended that the plant not be placed outside, not be placed in direct sunlight, nor be given any water as each of these conditions may greatly reduce the 7+ year lifespan of this plant. Instead, all that is required when maintaining this plant is that the plant be dusted from time to time using a feather duster or a can of spray that is sprayed at least 2 inches away from the plant. Because this particular plant has a traditional to classical look to it the plant can best be used in a decor setting that is either traditional or classical. Additionally, this particular plant can easily be incorporated in used in conjunction with other decor pieces and is perfect in the center of the table and can also be used has an accent piece on any tabletop surface.
